My new craft room...part 2..storage solutions

Today a bit of an 'upclose' look at my storage solutions, what works best for me in my smaller space.
Number one is drawers, the ones that are designed for scrapbookers, I am sure everyone has them, because they are so practical. They are big enough to fit the 30cm x 30cm paper in and shallow enough so nothing gets buried, never to be seen again!

I find my guillotine is the tool I use the most and you might be able to see my  'Stampin up" stamp and scrub beside it, my new favourite as it allows me to clean and dry my stamps as I use them...thanks Rachel!

My next most used storage is little divided craft boxes, they are right in front of me all sorted into similar groups...this is a box of cabochons ready to be made into some lovely rings and earrings
heavy plant pots work really well for pencils, scissors and other tools

I find these book boxes work well for my stamps, inks and embossing powders
Old moccona jars are great for storing beads, buttons, cottons and all sorts of things

I left the best for last, I love this vintage sewing machine desk, it is on wheels which is handy and my sewing machine is always at the ready!
I hope you have enjoyed a look at my craft room, I always love to have a peek into people's craft rooms, so please share links to your blog if you like :)

  1. You know with Moccona Jars you can use the lids as perfect paperweights. You remove the plastic seal and fill the lid with sand or beads etc. They work really well and look great too. They also look good put back on the jars and give them a bit of a customized look, cheers Katherine PS Your craft room is amazing
